You Are Lactose Intolerant!!

I'm still in shock how many Americans don't realize that they are lactose intolerant. Most people think they have something wrong with their stomaches instead of being as simple as lactose intolerant. Meaning, they will get the shits from eating DAIRY foods, especially if it's MILK or SOUR CREAM or YOGURT. It is VERY COMMON to be lactose intolerant, for example 80% of asian people are lactose intolerant. Less than that are American people. But most do not realize this simple problem.

If you're wondering about being lactose intolerant, drink a glass of milk. You should get the shits within 1HOUR or LESS. Than means you cannot drink that crap shit milk or eat dairy products, that means MOST ICE CREAMS.

(The only ice cream that is safe is "Edy's Ice cream") For some reason it's safe for lactose intolerant people.

Me and my wife have developed this since early 20's. There is no way around it. People are not ment to drink this crap MANUFACTURES milk. THat's what it is if you didnt know look up how it's processed.

This means you cannot eat WHEY PROTEIN, or anything else that's made from MILK. You will get really bad gas and the shit right away.

Lactose intolerant milk ALREADY is treated with ENZYMES, that means it's regular MILK but with added ENZYMES to digest the milk. If you have a little baby, try giving it regular milk and see how much gas they will have from drinking it and how little food they will eat as long as they are drinking regular milk.

Enzymes only help A LITTLE. So if you think you can take lactose enzymes with MILK, think again. You'll end up spending a ton of money on enzymes with that milk. They do not work, they only work on moderate lactose intolerance products, such as KEPMS ICECREAM.

Humans were only meant to drink HUMAN milk, that's why you drink it when you're a baby. Baby cow milk is for baby cows. The only reason we drink COW'S MILK is because we can MASS PRODUCE IT.

somebody sounds resentful.

I don't particularly like milk anyway.
What does this have anything to do with resentful? If you had a single clue, you'd go look at the grocery store and see how little lactose free products there are and compare that to how many people in this country are lactose intolerant.

This information is for people that have no clue about what lactose intolerance is, kinda like you.

not really

if you can't drink milk dont drinnk it

what seems to be the problem with those who CAN drink milk that drink it?

why would you want us to stop drinking milk b/c 80% of the others cant? its like people can't eat peanuts.. i'm still eating them.. do you eat peanuts?

Sorry you are lactose intolernt.. I am not.. there are prescriptions to fix this and also there are some limited products.. if i could do anything to give u more products i would but bro nobody here can do that for you.. we have no power.

you are pretty lactose intolerent.. maybe thats y lactose don't tolerate you!!.. i keed :spank: :spank:

much respect anyway..

This reminds me of somebody who finally figures out something and they project their issue on others. Kind of like the 'to a guy with a hammer, every problem looks like a nail' thing.

I know several people that are lactose intolerant and many others that aren't. The ones who are take their enzymes and have no problems. And people with lactose intolerance can drink certain whey protein shakes (some do have lactose in them) without any issues.

Nobody said to stop drinking milk. If you are smart enough to read and understand, the article was to be aware of lactose intolerance and that lactose intolerance may happen after consuming dairy products for a long time.

There are prescriptions to fix this? Please name them.

There are different levels of lactose intolerance. Some are more severe and others are getting there. It also depends on the product. Like I said, some ice creams can be eaten and some cant be. You would have to look at the process it goes through and the ingredients to figure that one out.

If you're so smart, you'd know that you'd have to take a HUGE amount of lactose enzymes to drink ONE glass of milk. But since you have NO CLUE about this subject, I dont even know why you're commenting on it??

well my brothers lactose intolerant and taking a pill means he can drink milk or anything like that. and his case was pretty severe but I guess it's a HUGE pill.

even with the lactose pills it wasn't really helping.

i've since cut out milk and switched to a higher quality whey protien and 90% of my gas/bloating problems are gone.

If I'm so smart, lol.

I do know I am pretty severely lactose intolerant and that I can drink certain whey protein shakes without using any enzymes. And I do mean severely lactose intolerant.

I thought since I have been living with lactose intolerance for years I thought I might be able to add something to the discussion. I also know many people who are lactose intolerant as well. Apparently my living with this condition, reading about it, and experimenting with it has given me no insight whatsoever. I apologize for my rashness in speaking and bow in awe at your awesomeness and 'so-smartnessity'.

In fact, what we should probably do is limit everybody's ability to post things like their experiences or actual knowledge that way you won't have to read anything that might contradict what you would like to believe.

Fuck it, I'm writing to Ron Paul right now to try to get him to write a law outlawing drinking milk if you are lactose intolerant (I think we can make an exception for lactose intolerant cows, they have enough problems without us adding to them). I will also suggest writing another law declaring all people over the age of 18 lactose intolerant, that way we don't get confused about who is or who isn't lactose intolerant. I think this is really the only rational way to help people.

We should also start some kind of grassroots campaign equating milk with murder, just like the fur is murder thing. And seals, people dig cute seals, so put some seals on a poster with the caption 'milk is murder'. We could also do something mocking the milk mustache campaign and equate the mustache with child molesters since everybody knows child molesters have mustaches, and kids drink milk...hello, mustaches plus milk means molestation!

Maybe I'm missing something but seems like you're implying that somewhere I said people should stop drinking milk if they're lactose intolerant? See if you can go through my post and find that.

It would be logical not to drink it, because later in life it would suck to get lactose intolerance and not be able to enjoy the yogurts, ice creams, cheezes and other dairy products. Sure you can take enzymes, but add up how much that will put a dent in your wallet if you're a big dairy eater. Do the math.

Oh yeah, and I accept your apology. :) You did sound very sincere. And you're also right about the first part that's been highlighted lol

doesn't it being developed by NOT drinking milk? i drink milk and eat a lot of cottage cheese since i was child and i have no problems mentioned above (i'm in mid 20s), but i have never stop using diary. and is it possible to regain lactose tolerance (the body starts to produce lactase again?)

I don't know how long it takes to develop it. Some people may be more susceptible to it and develop it early. I ate tons of dairy products and my wife didn't eat tons, but both developed it around the same time.

I think once the body stops producing the enzyme, then that's it. I haven't seen any improvement. The thing is, even little babies can't digest cow's milk properly. Their little bodies don't produce enough of the enzyme to digest it.

I've always wondered if by drinking natural cow's milk (straight from the farm) would make any difference. Milk is manufactured, look up the process of how they do it.

Its true that Dairy shouldnt be in our diets. Thats why i find the whole vegatarian thing weird. Almost everybody's body is made to handle meat. We have been eating it for thousands of years, yet We drink another animals milk and thats normal? However i must say i like dairy a lot and it is very hard to take it all out of your diet. I have taken it out of my diet before for one whole month. I had more energy, slept less, about 5 hours, and overall my body felt better.
