Yougurt B4 training

just a quick ?....is a meal (below) wise choice for a bulking diet before training or am i best off substituting the yougurt for oats or something

1cup low fat yougurt
1 banana
30gr protein powder
 
I would also add oats in with your meal for carbs esp if your bulking. I eat the same meal with the exception of protein powder, and the addition of one cup oatmeal, 8 egg whites.
