Hi guys, need your help here.
I've been lifting about 4x a week for a year plus. I'm about 170cm and from 150lbs to 130lbs. I still see fats around my chest and belly.
Any cycle that helps to build muscle mass based on my current height and weight? or should i run something that shred off those fats? Your recommendation is highly appreciated.
