Your advice is needed......

Hi guys, need your help here.

I've been lifting about 4x a week for a year plus. I'm about 170cm and from 150lbs to 130lbs. I still see fats around my chest and belly.

Any cycle that helps to build muscle mass based on my current height and weight? or should i run something that shred off those fats? Your recommendation is highly appreciated.

Hi welcome to the board. :wavey:

How old are you, and what do you think your BF% is at. AS Tbone said it is diet related. But you should know that doing steroids isn't really intended for BF and dieting issues and that is why he said that.

Furthermore there is a world off knowledge to be learned before you do any steroids.
 
Thanks guys. Yup I've been doing diet all the while and I know knowledge for steroid is needed. I do a lot of research thru the web but just to be sure from who had done it before. That's why I'm here to get advice from some of you.

I'm 33 and my body fat about 15%.

its all about your diet, diet and more diet. you are what you eat. 130 pounds and 15% bf, its all about your diet. try mct oil and soluble fiber drinks, you will shed all that fat away.
