    Into my 3rd week on 1AD now with no side effects at all and have gained 40lbs on my bench! But it is probably placebo NOT! LOL Got 1 more week left can't wait to see where I end up!

    Yeah if I was you I would get a 10lb bag of ON Whey! If you want to put some serious mass on I would take in atleast 250 grams of protein man!

    I started my cycle of 1AD on the 18th. Today is my 3rd day on it and I can't believe I am already feelin' it. I worked chest today and have already improved my poundages. I feel strong, excited, and pumped! Just thought I would share my comments about it for everyone considering takin' it!

    arnold's workout?

    Yeah the Encyclopedia is a good book! I tried one of the workouts for a little while. It was one of the beginner/intermediate workouts. It was a powerlifting type workout that Arnold said was good to build a good base.

    Get plenty of protein, carbs, and sleep with basic lifting movements and lower reps! Good Luck man! Your young and have plenty of time so stay focused!

    I'm still lookin for the Flex mag with that workout program in it! If you saw my magazine collection you would understand. I don't throw any mags away LOL. I got ATV mags, Mustang mags, Muscle Mags and i've had them for years but don' t worry bro i'll find it cuz it was from like last summer!

    Protein Bars

    I used to eat the bars but they are way over priced! Nitro Tech bars are almost $3.00 a bar! Just buy a tub of protein powder!
