    Friday 24/11/06 B O Rows 175lbs x 5 198lbs x 5 220lbs x 5 242lbs x 5 Chins (no bands) 1 x 5 1 x 5 1 x 4 Squats (light) pause at the bottom 132lbs x 10 155lbs x 9(2) Rotar cuff work. Going to start squatting twice a week for a while see if I can start these quads of mine growing.
