stats-- i use to way 155 5yrs ago tried every weight gainer you can think off ,nothingbut time took atoll and got older and gained weight some how,at 155-- 170 had 4% bf but was atwerp dont wanna go in comp or any thing just want to get big .. thanks- 3333
