    Im doing 2ml of test and 2ml of eq a week. I do them all on sunday 2ml in my right glute and 2 in my left. Would it be better to do them all the same day or spread out? Its alot easier for me to do them all in one day but if its more effective to spread them out ill do that.

    This is true but considering thats all the deca i have to work with and i don't really find it necessary to run it during the tbol. I could instead up the test to 750mg a week after the tbol is done or even up the eq to 600.

    Opinions on going heavy on bicep days

    I do 12, 10, 8, 6 with barbell and make sure that the last rep or 2 i barely get it. I also make sure i do each rep pretty slow. I could up the weight and do the same amount reps but i would have to rep them out faster. Slow and steady wins the race.

    He did it during a competition he does train equiped but you can still be injury prone equiped or not.

    Btw ive been doing deadlifts on leg days and love it. I can really hit the rest of my back better when i dont do deads on that day.
