And diet is on point. Energy levels just enough to knock out a big workout. Recovery is good. And cardio is 2 times a week (20min hiit) right now (26weeks out) will increase to 3-4 times a week when at cutting stage.
I'm currently doing Test Tren & Eq at a medium conc as it's my 3rd cycle only. Preparing for a first time contest which means I've got no experience whatsoever. Having a 4 weeks gap between 3rd mass cycle and my 1st cutting cycle.
