I'm currently doing Test Tren & Eq at a medium conc as it's my 3rd cycle only. Preparing for a first time contest which means I've got no experience whatsoever. Having a 4 weeks gap between 3rd mass cycle and my 1st cutting cycle.
Male, 23 years old.
Training history: Started 3 years ago (96kg) with over 45% bf! Weight loss program for 2 years (25kg weight loss) then Bodybuilding for 18 months now (15kg increase). Now at (84kg) and approx. 16% bf with a slight decrease due to lean bulking as much as possible. My body puts on weight very easily which makes it risky to go hard on food.
Aiming for maximum 8% bf on 75kg.
current cycle:
Test E: 600mg \week
Tren E: 300mg \week
Eq: 200mg \week
by the time I hit 16 weeks out I would have completed 8 weeks of Tren which I've been advised to stop tren by then. Which leaves 4 weeks gap between finishing this cycle and starting the cut cycle at 12 weeks out.
Question is, what advise would you give me on the most proper use of those 4 weeks?? Are there short cycles I can throw in?? Should continue current cycle?? or go temporarily off roids??
