Why exactly did you come to that conclusion? I post cycle therapy (pct) on 40/40/20/20 nolva which is 15 feet away from me and my question had absolutely nothing to do with my post cycle therapy (pct) protocol and was a diet question.

I am about a week away from my last injection and I was curious what the protocol was for PCT from a heavy deficit cutting cycle?
I was just running a simple 250mg test prop @ 8 weeks to lean out and stay anabolic and it's been pretty successful aside from a few bumps in the road...
I'm inclined to think not but I was just curious.

I saw more in 3 months using 3J body composition wise than I did the last 12 months of training without him; not to mention the things you learn through him set you up to diet properly for the rest of your life, which, in the end, is what is important.
You could just use aromasin during your cycle? Although I really enjoyed prop. The gains I got from it really felt lean and dry, I guess you could say. And why wouldn't you be able to cut running prop? You can cut running anything with calories run under maintenance. And no I dont think...
I have a feeling the testosterone booster in his signature website as a rep featuring "21 natural ingredients" may have something to do with his views.:dunno:
I felt like shit when I used clomid post cycle therapy (pct) so I only use nolva now... 40/40/20/20... maybe try that? Maybe add a peptide like igf-1 and if you have it available since you're probably going to see bigger than normal losses with the lack of sleep and probably problematic nutrition?
I'm in post cycle therapy (pct) right now and am making personal bests on a lot of my lift, so take that for what its worth. I also have a good diet thanks to 3J.
