I am about a week away from my last injection and I was curious what the protocol was for PCT from a heavy deficit cutting cycle?
I was just running a simple 250mg test prop @ 8 weeks to lean out and stay anabolic and it's been pretty successful aside from a few bumps in the road (birthday, exams etc) that threw my diet off, and next week I won't be quite where I want to be.
What kind of calorie levels should I be adjusting to? If I was doing a typical lean-bulk type cycle which I usually cycle 500mg w/ another compound at, I would be stuffing myself; but I was at between 2000-1500 cals a day depending on my activity, and maintaining mass was my goal; I don't know if I gained much in the way of mass (I did get stronger).
Should I just try to hit maintenance levels or could I stay in a slight deficit? I know i'll be catabolic from my rockbottom levels but I don't know how long it takes to strip away LBM you had previous?
Also I should mention i'll be on IGF-1 as well.
