Ok so I am new to this scene trying to figure it out as i go so i purchased a 30ml bottle of liquid CLEN started off by taking small amounts nothing really hit me I am now up to a half ml a day and still really hasnt hit me hard should i exceed that dosage any help would be greatly appreciated thx
