I did lower back on Sunday. Yesterday I didn't do anything back related. Except squats doing 2/2 on my 85%.
My back is sore, I put ice on it, some rub. A few hours later I applied heat to it. Probably gonna do back again tomorrow, this time full, and not hit such a high percent in squats.
How do I get a stronger lower back?
I mean how many times should I work it out in a week? Is it okay to do it 3 times a week, my training has squats 5 days a week, just different percentages...so my muscles have become used to it. Would my back get used to training everyday like my legs have...
I know...I can't get out of them, seeing that my coach has made it part of the training. I added the Sterol Complex, and Nitric Fuel before training.
My training also says 200abs, any kind 3 times a week, most of my teammates, and me, kind of ignore the fact that we have to do abs. I guess...
After following Morse's advice, I can say that I really feel like I'm getting the most out of my training. I am stronger than I ever was, even if my body is not ripped. My arms shoulders and back look slimmer, but I still need to do some abs to get them ripped too.
I also brought some more...
I ate at 4:30pm...and took Jacked at 7pm, and wow, did I felt it. I was sprinting longer distances, did abs, pushups, pull ups, and sprinted again, by the time I got home, I did some schoolwork because I was too hyper, and couldn't stay put.
People squat differently.
Some swing when they are rising up. Full squats have worked on my hips, quads, hams, but have roughed up the patela on my knees... So they are different for each person
The feet are a problem, I only squat with flat shoes, Adiddas shoes for olympic weightlifting are...
People think that abs need to be done differently...they are a muscle too, so they need rest like every other muscle.
Doing everyday abs, will work on having stronger abs, and on your resistance, but it ain't gonna get you ripped unless you diet, some cardio and rest the muscle too.
The...
I guess like almost 2 hours.
Stretching like 5 mins, warming up like 10 mins...probably like one hour and 30mins working out then stretching for like 15 mins so I don't get sore the next day.
Full squats definetely made my butt grow...and leg curls too.
I don't feel like I'm bigger jean size, just that they fit differently, like looking good on the front, but behind you can see my butt crack, because the jeans fit lower.
I've recently been watching A/E's Heavy, a new show about obese people that lose weight in six months.
How do they do it? How do you get someone that has zero physical activity, who spends their day eating, while sitting in a bed. Who get tired just by getting up from the bed, who have numerous...
Everyday meaning 5 days a week. Every weightlifter does it, in fact on vacation, to maintain strenght, we can survive by squatting only, even if it's just 3 times a week. It's speed, more technique than strenght. Strenght is just like 30% of it. I can't do bicep curls with more than 30lbs, but I...
I don't let them be. They might injure themselves. Most of the times I tell them how to do it properly. Usually a visual example with little weight is enough.
I think the most difficult part is to teach a newbie how to squat
It feels...bad I guess. Well I'm a girl and my max squat 115kgs = 253lbs. I don't bench press like the kid and my highest deadlift was 220...and I'm just 21. And I've never used AAS. I'll post some videos soon
It's nice to see kids involved in a sport such as powerlifting at a young age...
