I have gotten 240 before but that was 3 years ago and I have been on again off again in the weight room. The reason why I only did 180lbs as many times as i could is because that is all the weights that I have here at my house. But hopefully I won't hurt myself on my 250 lb attempt.

I made a bet with a friends dad that I could bench press 250lbs one time (He was running his mouth because I am 6'3 and weigh 183 and said that i was too skinny). I have never gotten that much but I did do 180lbs 16 times tonight. Just wonder what everyone thinks I could do.
