    I read your thread on clen & t3 (T3 / clen critique - all input appreciated) and i was hoping i could talk to you about a cycle for me. I am 6ft3 and close to 250 pounds. Do you have any advice for me?

    Congratulations on the office win....Hope it got you something good! I do have a question on the diet I will be burning a lot of cals everyday with my high intense cardo for 45 minutes straight 6 days a week. No I was wondering since I will be burning through calories with this. 350g of protein
    300g of carbohydrates
    150g of fat
    Which will total about 4,000 calories

    Or should it be more like
    2,500?

    220g protein
    190g carbs
    100g fats


    Seeing how were the same body type i was wondering what you would do with you diet? Also what times of day did you take yours? As since were same bt im guessing are tolerance and results will be similar. So I would like to follow your system as closely as possiable. When shoudl i take my clen during the day? i know how much i need to take but what part of the day is what im a little confused on on before my workout is what im confused on?
    Hey man.... I was reading the clen and t3 post you put up. I was wondering how it went? Im the same exact body type as you except I have an inch on you and about to start my cycle of t3 and clen! Do you have a diet that you were on while you were using it? Also and other advice that you have like what time you take it during the day? i have my cycle info and to take taruine for the cramps. But anything else I should know im trying to find a diet. But if you have any other tricks of the traade that would be great. Also i was wondering what your end result was?
