    You answered your own question with two problems. You're either losing fat or gaining muscle, not both. And without cardio, you're going to need a perfect diet. But no time to do cardio? 30 minutes at max. Anyone can wake up 30 minutes earlier if you really wanted to lose the gut.

    I'd say personally that's too long, 45 minutes is an optimal time for training hard.     If you can leg press that but you can't squat for much then I'm thinking you're quads are extremely dominant and your glutes/hamstrings are weak. Focus on those with other exercises: Dead lifts/Hamstring Curls. But go till failure on each set and you'll be squatting bigger numbers in no time.

    I do three tricep exercises with my back day: Pushdowns, Lying Extensions, and Seated Press. Yeah only three because I go to failure on each one. I'm almost always sore afterwards.

    Yeah I wouldn't do chest right after back, you're back is used quite a bit in most chest exercises, give it a longer break in between. Although you're on juice, and are able to workout more then someone who isn't and still be okay and not over-train I would still follow basic guidelines and rest...

    You should always run Test as a base for any cycle, but as everyone has stated, you're too young. But just stating that you're too young is a worthless reply, if you're like most people you're going to do what you're going to do, it's your choice. But at least run test with it.
