it brings me back to my football days in HS. Almost same as you stated getting stronger throughout the season, but I was kicked off the team for being accused of taking steriods by my d-line coach. I was taking creatine and another student told him I was using.

on your Back/Bicep and Chest/Tricep days i would keep them just like you printed it,but i would add at least 1 isolation excercise on your biceps and triceps
like on biceps,do the BB curls,then maybe finish off with a DB Preacher curls or Incline DB curls......
and on...
Deadlifts 3 x 6reps
Wide grip chins 2 x 8 reps
Close grip chins 2 x 8 reps
Bent over BB rows 3 x 6 reps
DB Shrugs 3 x 15 reps
BB bicep curl 2 x 6 reps
DB Hammer curl 2 x 8 reps
