Option 1:- 100g (large cup) oats plus water and 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 cup of green tea or a black coffee with your breakfast.

hey i am 20years old 230lbs and 5ft 10. i have a bf % of 25%..... been training on and off for 4 years but a year ago my father passed away and i gain a considerable weight and went up to 265lbs.
