high bf% on test e tren e var cycle

hey i am 20years old 230lbs and 5ft 10. i have a bf % of 25%..... been training on and off for 4 years but a year ago my father passed away and i gain a considerable weight and went up to 265lbs.
on monday i start my 10 week cycle which consists of,
week 1-10 Test E - 300mg/pw
week 1-10 Tren E - 250mg/pw
week 2-10 Anavar (var) - 50mg/ed
have got pct sorted but cant remeber what dosage and the names off the top of my head.
(i know they are low doses but i have only taken Anavar (var) and winstrol so this will be my first time pinning)

my diet is good and i have seem to just hit a plateau now..... i am doing an hour cv every day in the evenings and weight training 5days a week in the mornings. my main goal is to get in the best shape i can before i start university and i was just wondering if anyone else has had done this stack before at a high bf% and wondered what results they received off it???

i am aware that the risks are higher at a higher bf% and i have taken them on board in which i will be monitoring. (please done reply if you are going to slate) like i said i would like to here about people that have run it at a high % and what results they had.
 
steroid is not an excuse for poor diet :( sorry to break it to you, your just obese...... just imagine a quarter of ur body is covered with fat... and you think by taking drugs to trim you down that it'll suddenly fix all your problems, you're wrong! you're gonna lose ur weight and then you'll gain it all back cause u don't know how to diet
 
my diet is this:

Breakfast:-
Option 1:- 100g (large cup) oats plus water and 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 cup of green tea or a black coffee with your breakfast.

Option 2:- oat omelette: 400g of liquid egg whites scrambled plus 100g of oats. Mix together and pan fry for a few minutes, grill the top and add cinnamon if you wish. Consume with a cup of green tea

Option 3:- 2slices of whole meal seeded bread, plus 2table spoons of peanut-butter. Add a protein shake (1 scoop) and a green tea

Option 4:- 2slices of whole meal seeded bread with 400g liquid egg whites scrambled. With a green tea

Option 5:- 500g liquid egg white omelette , add a black coffee or green tea

Mid-morning snack:-
Option 1:- 100g almonds

Option 2:- 2 table spoons of peanut butter and a protein shake (2scoops)

Option 3:- 50g soya nuts and a protein shake (2scoops)

Option 4:- 1 apple plus 2 scoops of protein mixed with 100g liquid egg whites

Meal 3:-
Option 1:- 200g of chicken plus 100g of broccoli (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with a cup of green tea

Option 2:- 200g of turkey with 100g green beans (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with cup of green tea

Option 3:- 200g steak and 100g broccoli

Option 4:- 200g turkey mince and 100g broccoli

Afternoon snack:-
Option 1:- 100g Almonds and a sugar free fizzy drink for cravings

Option 2:- 100g quark, 1 scoop protein

Option 3:- 2table spoons peanut butter plus 2 scoops protein

Option 4:- 200g cottage cheese plus 1 scoop protein

Meal 4:-
Option 1:- 200g of chicken plus 100g of broccoli (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with a cup of green tea

Option 2:- 200g of turkey with 100g green beans (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with cup of green tea

Option 3:- 200g steak and 100g broccoli

Option 4:- 200g turkey mince and 100g broccoli

Pre work out:-
1000mg vitamin c, Pre workout with amino acid, 2squares of 85% cocoa chocolate

Post work out:-
Option 1:-protein shake (2 scoops) with 100g liquid egg whites and 2 bananas

Option 2:- protein shake (2 scoops) with 100g liquid egg whites and 300g pineapple

Option 3:- 250ml pineapple juice, protein shake (2 scoops) 100g liquid egg whites

Meal 6:-
Option 1:- 200g of chicken plus 100g of broccoli (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with a cup of green tea

Option 2:- 200g of turkey with 100g green beans (add 1 medium sweet potato when having a high carb day) have with cup of green tea

Option 3:- 200g steak and 100g broccoli

Option 4:- 200g turkey mince and 100g broccoli

Before bed:-
Option 1:- 200gcottage cheese plus 1 scoop protein

Option 2:- 100g quark plus 1 scoop protein

Option 3:- 500g liquid egg white omelette

its worked getting me down from 265 to 230 but like i said i have hit a plateau now. and will be following this diet through the cycle.... been reading up that tren can be a good fat stripper if used in a cutting cycle.
 
what he means is if you can't get your bf% down with just diet alone what makes you think the drugs will do it? don't expect to get the answer you want on this board bro because nobody on here is gonna co-sign that cycle for you at this time. get your bf% down to at least 15% before you think about cycling
 
If that's your diet. Then why are you fat? Quit kiddin us and yourself. Clean it up without the juice like dennis said.
 
Honestly you might be very similar to myself and be super carb sensitive. I am telling you, if I have more than 100grams per day of carbs, I add on fat. If your fat loss has stopped, I would seriously look in to a keto diet and do some carb cycling. You definitely need to get that body fat down before cycling. Trust me. You will put on some water from that cycle and you will look even fatter. 25% is too much fat to even consider cycling. I would hit the diet forum here and perhaps work with 3J in there. He knows his shit and could get that fat to drop off your body.
 
If this was a first cycle plan aside from the fact that your bf is high you have to many compounds that your trying to cycle for a newb. Keep it simple run a test only cycle if your dead set on cycling I can tell by what you want to use your trying to lean out. Everyone is right you should wait,but I have seen others in your shape or worse cycle and succeed keep your diet clean and put in the work. Test only with a clean slightly below maintenance diet would show you some progress.
