I just want to address another issue here...1/2 inch isn't nearly adequate for deep IM injection. In the quad, you can EASILY handle 1 and a half inch. If you MUST, 1 inch, but certainly not a half inch...shit, that's barely sub-cutaneous...

I've always found that site injections do increase the size of the muscle, maybe only temporarily though. Delts are a cakewalk, quads cool too. Watch the guage in the delts, though, as a larger guage can cause a little discomfort. You shouldn't have to worry cuz it's Winstrol (winny) and can be...
