What are your thoughts on a workout routine like below while on a cut cycle?
Monday Shoulders
Military Press 4 sets 10 - 15 reps
Upright row 4 sets 10 - 15 reps Pause at top for 1 second.
Lateral Raise 4 sets 15 reps Pause at top for 1 second.
Rear Delt Machine 4 sets 15 reps
