    Brand New To Lifting

    So, what is the best way to structure a week based on using the 5x5? for example: should monday be a chest/triceps day and do a 5x5 for each? or is there a more used way to schedule workouts? Also, when doing a 5x5, do you stay with the same weight throughtout all 5 sets? thanks a lot!! :afro:
