Thanks for the interest,guys!! Well,yes I went deep inside.As it seems,the lump was from the continuous (for me,a newbie) injections on the glutes,because it is almost gone on the left glute.I got one on the right glute,too,but thank God I am much more chill about it right now :)

If you nick a nerve,is this possible to happen? I hope it's just that and nothing more! As I can see,yesterday I put on it some Voltaren gel (anti-inflammatory) and it's a little better now.Still a lump,but the pain is a little less.
