Lump in glute,NOT on injection site

Hello guys.I had a 1ml test e - 1ml tren ace shot yesterday night,on the left glute,upper left side.When I was doing it,I felt my left leg a bit numb,but the numbness was coming and leaving.I didn't have the glute relaxed,I had my leg bent (imagine woman's sex position).Also,when I had the needle inside,I was moving every now and then,I wasn't still.Well,when I finished with the inj,in no time,I sat normally and felt a lump,but in the upper right side of my left glute.I feel the lump on my lower back muscle,too.From there,the pain is going to the left and down my left glute.Have you ever had a similar case?

If you nick a nerve,is this possible to happen? I hope it's just that and nothing more! As I can see,yesterday I put on it some Voltaren gel (anti-inflammatory) and it's a little better now.Still a lump,but the pain is a little less.

Is there any redness/bruising/big swelling? take some IB profien and sleep. It doesnt sound like an infection to me... Look at the video Drew just posted about Infections.

Thats odd what he is describing.

Injection in his left glute and finds a lump in his right glute and lower back...I cant relate this to anything I have heard of or read.Are you sure that theses deposits were not there before and you just didnt notice them?

As for the numbness it does sound like your nicked a nerve like McDunn said.
Why is it you inject in that position?Are you a big guy and have trouble twisting?The muscle your injecting in should be relaxed not contracted or flexed.

he said that he injected in the upper left of his left glute, and its sore on the upper right of his left glute... so im guessing the stuff is just spreading and hes getting sore from it.

Well,yes I went deep inside.As it seems,the lump was from the continuous (for me,a newbie) injections on the glutes,because it is almost gone on the left glute.I got one on the right glute,too,but thank God I am much more chill about it right now
