I was bulking for 3 months on a cycle and now I want to cut as fast as I can. I've been working on cutting for 2 weeks now, I have my eating habits right. Has anyone used P90X or any thing like it? I need the fastest way the lose my bell fat. Thanks
I've been bulking for 3 months(on a cycle) and now I want to start cutting. I know what kind of diet I need to be on but what can I take to help cut faster?
Im 185lbs now but I want to get mid built and then I want to get cut. My end results I want to be around 200 lbs.
I'm going to eat 5 small to medium meals a day. Alot of meat and something heathy/nutritious.
I'm 25, 5 foot 8, I'm around 15 to 20 body fat and there is a lab that I know of. I was only going to get blood work if abnormal stuff started to occur.
I order from PSL and will be starting my first cycle mondy.
Test E 1ml Mondays and Thursdays 1-12 weeks
Adex .25ml every other day 1-14 weeks
hCG 500iu Monday and Thursday 1-14
Then I will start PCT 3 weeks after my 14 weeks are up
I'm so pumped to get rolling
Sorry I never replied to this thread of mine, I forgot about it. I'm 5'8 I weigh 183 and I'm 25, I work out 5 days a week. I did alot of reading and I came up with this cycle:
Test E: 2 pins of 250mg every 3 days. Week 1-12
Adex: .25mg every other day. Week 1-14
Hcg: 2 pins of 250iu's every 3...
