    I thought Thompson had Kimbo tapping out in that guillotine. Kimbo's left hand touched Thompson's arm repeatedly and in the same spot very quickly, which seemed to be missed by the ref, then Thompson lost the guillotine. regardless, fight went 3 rounds and kimbo won with tko.

    it could be water consumption. I myself have thyroid problem for many ass years and yes, it does affect my growth and cardio. have your blood sugar/ths/ft4/ft3 checked..also cbc. it won't do you harm to know what the hell is going on with your body.

    05/30/08 squat warmup pause squat leg press seated calf db sldl bas rutten 2 mins boxing tape note: 2 mins 1 min rest=10 rounds - 3 mins 1 min rest=7 rounds and yes, doing cardio workout after lifting does work. i felt so good. I may go down to 155

    05/26/08 bas rutten's 3 min boxing tape would have recorded some of the workout but as usual, cam's batteries died on me. will do next time. and sorry about what I said on the muay thai sparring video. it got damaged and no longer available. sorry
