Late 20's, 10 years of cycling.
5'11" 240lbs 14-15% body fat
I don't train strength but here were my lifts last week:
Bench: 225x27, 335x10
Squat: 405x8 parallel
My diet is ~3,000 calories, very clean. Same six meals every day.
I measure and in 10 years I have not gained 1 inch on my thighs...
