Well I do eat... a lot... Im 52 and it has always been difficult to gain and keep wt on... that's why I thought with being older. I may need help with chemicals..... and as far as the elbow... the older you get the longer it takes.. the longer it takes the more wt I lose cause I cant lift, or...
Thanks Megatron.... I guess I wasted that money.... any suggestions on how to put on the 15lbs and heal the elbow... without wasting money or getting too big?
