How effective would the Ghrp and the Ghrh be if you are already running HGH. Would you do them all at the same time or would that be counter productive. It sounds like Ghrp and Ghrh kinda do the same thing as HGH??? Does anyone have a opinion on that?

Right now I am doing a no starch no sugar diet, anytime I add either one of those back into my diet my stomach hurts and I am bloated for a couple of weeks and then I fine, but those 2 weeks are miserable!

Me too since My husband did the IGF and it was not pleasant. It does worry me that it is going to be really painful. If the home brew is less painful I would definitely like to know how to mix.

I do feel welcome here and can't wait to achieve my goals. I do feel that peptides are a huge key to body building, especially for women. But there is so much to learn about. Good luck on your research. Please share anything you find and I will do the same.
Sounds like the Ghrp might be best taking while running some type of gear. Since you have to eat more when you are on gear the huger will work for you not against you. Am I right in thinking that?
