    Anyone a fan of drop sets?

    I usually do drop sets on Bi's and Tri's, now and again Ill do them for chest on Pec deck as a finishing excersie, just to squeeze every last rep out.

    oatmeal in shakes

    I soak my oats in water overnight, then blend them with Whey and water for a breakfast shake. Soaking them overnight just makes them go like pulp and they blend very easy.
