Pull up 1ml test,then pull back plunger to 2ml mark,then inject the 1ml air into the eq,then draw up the 1ml of eq. Swap spike and fire it in.Not hard :)

No probs,if its a full 30ml vial,just draw 20ml dispose of it,then draw 1ml for mixing,then add it to the 9ml remaining in the vial,Done. Had the same issue myself,bought the hcg,but got one useless 1ml vial that came with it.lol

If you're using bac water,you got a vial already,just draw out 10ml for 500iu of hcg,then add it to the empty bac water vial

I do every muscle group,from neck down to calf muscles,i was doing 8-12 reps for years gradually upping the weight, But now i'm bulking i favour a heavy weight for 6-8 reps, But i find it hard to stay out of the gym, I was training constantly with no day off,but thats no good for me anymore...

I'm 3 weeks into a 12 week cycle, I'm running: 50mg dbol ed 500mg test e ew 600mg eq hcg 500iu ew How many recovery days should i take off training,if any??? Thanks in advance
