I do every muscle group,from neck down to calf muscles,i was doing 8-12 reps for years gradually upping the weight,
But now i'm bulking i favour a heavy weight for 6-8 reps,
But i find it hard to stay out of the gym,
I was training constantly with no day off,but thats no good for me anymore,
Sometimes i just want to take a day off,and do nothing but eat all day.lol
Your central nervous system needs time off. Train 5 days max. It's hard to do. Especially on a cycle but your muscles need rest to grow. Otherwise you'll over train and can actually but your body into a catabolic state and you'll start losing muscle. Good and rest is key.
