I agree with matt and warren. 12.5 ED till under control, then think about maybe using 12.5 E3D. Worked better for me that way.

If you are prone to gyno you will definately want to have adex or aromasin on hand. Nolva is not sufficient as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Especially if this is your first cycle.

I have found that Proactive works really well. Renewing Clenser in shower and Blemish Treatment after. Cleared my skin almost completely in less than 2 weeks.
