Hey guys, I'll get to the stats first and then tell the rest.

Male
6' 0"
170Lbs
14%BF

OK, so I'm a college student at the moment and last year I broke my femur, straight through the fucking middle into 9 pieces, had a titanium rod installed with pins and Im recovering, I can jog at 4mph for about 1.5 minutes at a time, my muscles in my leg are visibly less than the other and the strength just isn't there. I have cardio, I can do the olyptical for my cardio, its the quick twitch fibers, the muscles that take the shock of running that I need back.

I have re-shaped my life going from 225Lbs (before accident) to what I am now, but I want to be able to sprint and jump and dive, play sports and do the things that I used to take for granted..

I have read up since December on AAS, injectable, orals, PCTs and the side effects of different componds.

I need 10 Lbs, mostly on my lower body asap. I don't want to be the gimp this year.

Please help me, advise me, on what to take.

Thanks a lot guys for your help and possibly your flames.

With 4 months or so of reading you know that you'll be running 500mg/week of test e for 12 weeks.

I would advise against AAS with your stats and knowledge, but lets face it, you have a rod in your leg and sounds like you've had a shitty time so fuck it.

Choose a form of post cycle therapy (pct) and run it by us.
Choose how you're gonna run the test.
Choose an AI
Think about hcg
Figure out your training and diet
And think long and hard if this is what you want to do.

Do some research before taking any compounds, you will benefit alot more from them in the long run.

I would start integrating light compound leg movements into your routines to help you build the muscle you need. I would allow more/full recovery, and a solid muscle base before considering any type of AAS use.

I would not recommend using steroids in a recovery type of environment not only because of weak muscle tissues, but also week tendon and ligament tissues in which steroids will not help grow.

Your muscle could start to become to strong to fast for your tendons to handle, and could cause you another injury.

What about a relatively low dose of test, deca and eq for collagen synthesis and tendon strengthening?

As well as designing a rehab program.

Because it sounds like the OP won't be able train hard enough to make any serious gains that could lead to further damage.
