I'm 23 and all the research I done has indicated that even at 23 starting a cycle is a bad idea and should wait at least a few more years so I can imagine that doing one at 20 would be significantly worse in terms of long term health issues. Bad idea.
My long term health is definitely my number one priority and if one 12 weeks cycle at 23 could jeopardize that it's not worth it for me. Thanks for the advice.
I agree with this. I spend at most 2 hours at the gym, including warmup/cardio. Also try to go at most 2 days in a row, sometimes 3 when I find myself with extra time/energy.

Long time lurker here.. getting ready to finally pull the trigger and do my first cycle.
I've been doing research for months and I think that I'm ready, however I appreciate any opinions or criticism that
veterans can offer.

1) too much calories i donno
Probably, if you don't noticeably fat loss after 2 or 3 weeks i would drop down closer to 2500cal
2) i need to up my carbs
not necessary.
