3st- 2015(yesterday)- 172lbs
In last 3-4years, i'm gaining very little muscle..probably 1-2lbs/year.. and thats NORMAL for natural guy... when i started i gained like 20-30lbs/year.. + i lost my body fat...
in this pic i have good lighting, i don't see abs in "normal" pic :P but my arms/legs are lean yeah..
I'm not afraid of needles, i'm a bit afraid of high blood pressure while on test or some side effect (gyno,liver enyzme)?
Should i be ??:)) But anyhow , i see 13-15years old guys on drugs and...

i know AAS wont change my body without propper diet/workout..but I think if i eat/train the same as i did, and run test prop / test E ..ill get some better results than without it :)) u know what i mean

I think is the best to run only test for 1st cycle,.. but i don't like poofy look and water retaining...

I'm lifting about 8years now.., 4-6x times/week.
Last 3years, i did not gain any muscle...Meybe 1-2pounds...
