5'9'==175cm
172lbs=78kg
Bodyfat%=12-15% (i think...look at picture)
I'm lifting about 8years now.., 4-6x times/week.
Last 3years, i did not gain any muscle...Meybe 1-2pounds...
I'm asking you guys, what's your recomendation for 1st cycle.??
I'm thinking about test prop(testovis).
My goals are 165lbs about 7-8body fat.
