hi all, i have recently had to start training early in the morning before work (due to home comitments) are there any pitfalls or benefits from training early morning.
does it make a difference what time i train?

right here goes i currently train 3 days a week, trai have a day off train have a day off and so on.
my question to you guys is....
i currently train together
back and bicep
chest and tricep
sholders and legs
core every session.
are these groups good to train...
