Hey! I was wondering if anyone can offer up a good routine for building up and thickening the neck? I know some guy hate having a thick neck but it's what I would like to get. I know genetics play a big part but their must be some good exercises for building a thick neck. Can anybody help...
Thanks for the workout. Not to sound like a complete idiot but I'm assuming that when you say "2x4, 2x8, etc" you mean 2 sets of 4 reps, 2 sets of 8 reps and etc? I did say I was starting from the beginning and I don't want to misinterpret anything.
