Thanks for all the replies. I'll look into NAC and some cleansing kits. If I give these supplements a shot and diet etc. and nothing changes a year later then what would you guys recommend? Would you quit running gear if you were in my position?
Assuming I do cycle and don't run orals, what effect are the ai's and serms going to have on my liver? Also, What can I run with test that is injectable? Since I am prone to gyno i will not be running deca or tren, so that leaves EQ (which I have done little research on and don't know a lot...
I'm wondering if it is from all the ai's and serms i was taking 2 years ago to try and cure my gyno... i was taking letro for a month before i decided to just get the surgery. I don't know what ALS is. Do you mean AST?
A year ago: AST was 38 (range <35)
ALT was 56 (range 10-40)...
A month ago I went in for pre cycle blood work to find out that my ALT is 56 (max reference range of 40). It has been at 56 for over a year now. I have not run any gear in over 2 years. My doc wasn't concerned with a reading of 56, however she was curious as to why it hasn't changed in a year so...
A year ago I was having some gyno issues which eventually ended up leading to having gyno surgery. Before the surgery, I had labwork done. At the time I was taking letro to try and reverse my gyno.
Results from Doc.#1 from Lab #1 - Jan 2012
Everything was fine except:
ALT - 83 IU/L...
I am Canadian and this is embarrassing. Living in Canada and not knowing how to speak proper English is INEXCUSABLE. How can you live in Canada and not know how to speak English. I am in awe. And saying you live in Quebec is not a good enough excuse because everyone I have ever met or talked to...
Naproxen 500 mg twice a day for a week helped my tendonitis. I also iced after every workout and throughout the day if I could. Luckily I got to it when it just started - I had a bad run in with tendonitis a few years back so I made sure to deal with it as soon as possible when it hit this time...
Have you tried getting a script from your doc? I have heard of guys getting an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with their trt. You would think that a dr. would surely give u a script if you are having estrogen sides... but then again i am not very familiar with trt...
From what I've read, most guys who cycle after surgery wait a minimum of 3 months. That's not a number "set in stone" but it seems to be the general consensus. Check out this link, similar situation I went through (and you too):

Did u run any gear during the course of your cortisone injections? I was hoping to wait until the process is over but things are taking a hell of a lot longer than I thought they would so I'm probably going to just start my cycle anyway...
If you have cycled since your surgery: what was your...
Yes gyno can return after surgery. I had my surgery cost covered 100% in Manitoba. I had gyno from puberty which went away and came back from running gear. I denied all steroid use, said that it is so painful that I can't sleep at night (it was painful but I exaggerated) and that it was...
I would think that nolva should stop it from growing. If the surgeon didn't remove it all then you will need to get a revision to get out the rest.
I think it has to be scar tissue cuz gyno doesn't just grow back instantly after surgery.
