Sky high estradiol levels, low cortisol, really scared.

Here's a picture of me last week, about 178 pounds, almost no exercise. My chest has a dip in it and my ribs flair. Edit: Just tried to take a rear shot, so you can compare to the photo @ 19. Truly pathetic.

I've never used any AAS or prohormones. No gyno either, my nips have always been kind of puffy looking though. My bodyfat right now is around 15% at 180 lbs, but I'm not training at all because of the severe adrenal fatigue. Posted a pic of me at age 19, around 240 lbs, natural with a shit...

26 y/o low T, adrenal fatigue - what direction to head?

BTW, I just noticed your crazy high vitamin B12 levels. That is insane. Do you take a lot of supplemental B12? Even if you do, it shouldn't be that high as excess is supposed to be expelled in the urine. That is a clear sign of an MTHFR defect...there's a genetic test you can get on...

BTW, the more research I do on MTHFR, the more it seems to make sense. MTHFR people are poor at detoxing...and estrogen is detoxed in the liver....also explains the high ferritin, while I'm negative for hemochromatosis. My CYP1A2 enzyme gene was also in the red, which has to do with estrogen...

I tested a bunch of stuff on my own. Numerous vitamins and minerals, thyroid stuff, etc. I ran CBC, here's a copy. No gyno, but my nipples have always been kinda puffy looking. White Cell Count: 5.6 K/UL (04/14/14) 5.8 K/UL (09/27/13) : 3.5 - 10.5 Red Cell Count: 4.88 M/UL (04/14/14) 5.17...

My Zinc is actually high, above the range, from supplementing with it too much, so I stopped. Copper is normal though. My liver values are good, although my creatinine levels have been elevated for some time. The test was definitely estradiol, and those results were copy and pasted directly...

I guess you could say though, that I have a natural protocol. My diet is gluten and dairy free, and no soybeans. My vitamin stack: NAC Fish Oil Cod Liver Oil B Food Complex (new force) Primal Defense Ultra probiotic Aged Garlic Extract Ubiquinol Artichoke Extract Ester-C Beta Carotene...

I have no protocol. i am completely natural. I'm hoping the endocrinologist will give me an Anti-E. Are those estradiol levels seen in natural guys ever?

I'm kind of going through a similar thing, I just thought I would comment that your ferritin is a bit low. A male wants to optimally be between 80-100. It could be worth getting a complete iron profile (TIBC, UIBC, % saturation, serum iron). Also, check copper, since Zinc is high.

Sky high estradiol levels, low cortisol, really scared.

Hey guys, I've been going through a life transformation, trying to optimize every aspect of my life. I'm experiencing severe adrenal fatigue, poor memory, terrible mood swings, irritability, ADHD symptoms, depression, and more. I've investigated the thyroid, adrenals, signs of inflammation, and...
