I just found out that I am 283 lbs from my doctor......I hopefully am going to be starting P90x soon and going to the gym.I am going to try to incorporate some weightlifting along with the program to increase calories burned a day and speed up fat loss. I hopefully will be hitting the gym 5...
Well RockG my weakness was really nothing I had control over. My dad died a couple years back and I got really depressed and on medicine. I was eating anything that crossed my path. I started binging on prescription drugs and drinking occasionally but not that much. I really want to bounce back.

I am 25 years old and want to get rid of my semi-huge belly. I'm 5"11 and weigh 270lbs. My gut is quite big probably 20 to 25 lbs of fat. I want to know is there a diet I could get on to keep my muscle from deteriorating and get rid of the excess fat? Also any workout plans would be helpful...
