I was thinking the same thing... Unless maybe it was a goal after losing a bunch of weight which my roommate did!! Even what I compete in (bikini/fitness) the bf% shud be single digits or at least very low double digits!

I agree! Drink lots of water!! Take 3-6 mg 15 mins before bed and make sure to go straight to bed and lights out. Don't read or watch tv and that should help!! Oh and a nice cup of a tea with chamomile!! Hope that helps! Let us know!
