I'm 23 5'9 weigh 100kg I spend about 45 mins to hour at the gym....any ideas on a good routine for a 5 day split?? is that enough days to go for building?
ok so here is my routine so far for getting big...need some advice if I need to change or not...I'm lifting heavy low reps
Monday And Thursday is Triceps / Chest Day
Sets Reps Do about 90% of your max
Incline Bench Press 2 X 3-5
Bench Press 2 X 3-5
Decline Bench Press 2 X 3-5
