This is part 3 of the message. Apparently I can't type more than 1000 characters so I'm going to split this into 3.
My current split is Chest/Bi, Back/Tri, Legs/Shoulders, off day, repeat again. I do abs during every training session and have calves every other day of training.
The guy I'm training with right now tells me I don't need to cycle any Test-E right. I'm not sure if its because he wants me to make more gains the way I'm making them now or because he's trying to keep me away from it (I'm 28, he's 45 and has been training for around 20 years and has cycled Test 3 times according to him).
I've been digging around and trying to figure this stuff out for the past month or so and I'm finding myself still confused regarding whether I should use it or not, whether its the right time or not, and where to buy all the stuff from if I finally decide to go for it.
I'm sure I've made you endure a lot by reading through this long message, hehe (=
