Hi, I just attached pic. I have been eating 1300 cal avarage, 150 g protein, 100-130g carb, around 30g fat. Protein source - egg whites, chicken breast, whey protein, carbs- oatmeal, ww bread, vegies, maybe 1 piece of fruit (apple or grapfruit), fat - nuts
Workout 6 days cardio 4 days 20-40min...
