insertion points are all genetic, and if you have long inserts on your biceps you just gotta get that mass on them, and tbh your arms can be a whole lot bigger looking with long inserts than short, you just won't have that tight peak when flexed.

Not much you can do except use topicals, or try accutane but that shit is harsh wouldn't recommend.
