Hi, I'm new to the forum but I've been reading more about AAS and considering taking them if I can get a proper plan in place. I'd appreciate some input.
My general stats are around:
190lbs (~198-200when I break from running)
13% fat (10% usually at best)
6'0
I train in the gym 3 times a week...
I was thinking it was a nice bit of trolling but in case you weren't..
From what ive learned from the site so far is to get a near perfect diet and to be at a very good fitness level naturally before moving on to aas. And even then sticking to a testosterone based cycle.
