Hi, I'm new to the forum but I've been reading more about AAS and considering taking them if I can get a proper plan in place. I'd appreciate some input.
My general stats are around:
190lbs (~198-200when I break from running)
13% fat (10% usually at best)
6'0
I train in the gym 3 times a week since the running is quite taxing on the body I'm cautious of injuring myself lifting too hard. Especially with the legs. I'm thinking with Test that my recovery would allow me to train 4-5 times in the gym.
Strength wise I'm nothing big but to give a general picture of where I'm at:
Bench 230lbs 5x5
Squat 300lbs 5x5
Diet is clean but can be cleaner. I have a gf and my social life with friends usually includes getting a pizza once a week.
Calories intake ~3200 calories give or take a little bit on different days. I haven't calculated but I eat around 5 times a day which are solid meals. Snacking or shakes in between. I make sure my meals are a majority of quality carbs/protein. The shakes I take are usually the 900 calorie type ones in case I feel like I haven't or couldn't have a solid meal.
I hear a lot of people that use Anavar (for soccer/running/lean mass) but I'm not comfortable with taking oral steroids.
Goal: I can't really afford to put on an extreme amount of weight as I can't run with it. I'm looking to gain around 10-12lbs of quality muscle.
This is where I'd like some more advice.. As for the cycle istelf? 8 weeks of Test Prop. 150mgs EOD. Clomid for the PCT. I wouldn't spare any expense in being stocked up on Arimidex, HCG, Clomid and Nolva.
