i was wondering what percentage i should be going up on average i should be increasing the weight on exercises such as dumb bell shoulder press and dumb bell press and barbell rows?
i know theres alot of things that come into this but i just want an average sort of percentage?
About 15 mins ago I drained out 2ml biogen out of the vial, and transferred 10ml of test e from my new GP stealth sachets( I accidently threw one of these out when they arrived as I didn't no what the fark it was) into the vial( instead of pre loading the syringe ) not sure if bad?

Okay I've got a test e vial from biogen wrapped up and empty, kept clean.
I've just received my gp test e sachets I ordered about 7 months(wtf?) and just wondering if I can drain 2 sachets into the test e vial I have instead of pre loading syringes?
Yeah well I normally just do like 1 set of tricep extension after chest, and they feel pumped. My shoulders is more wht I'm worried about they are lagging like fark
I've decided to try this routine..
Monday: chest/triceps
Wednesday: back/ biceps
Friday: shoulders/ legs
I'm currently training shoulders after chest and i can't get a good work out with them.. my shoulders are lagging and REALLY bring down the rest of my body!

Okay ive got insanely stubborn shoulders! And this really brings my physique down.
Now I'm just wondering if I have stubborn shoulders should I be training them by them selves or with chest? And low or high reps ? I never feel a burn ever on low reps as this is what I always do, well I do high...
I know this sounds a little odd but I have large burns on my shoulders and back. They are second degree burns. I was just wondering if dbol or test e would make for a speedier recovery?

How come I feel 100% better mentally and physically while on cycle? For example concentration is better, confidence and I feel more motivated to do everyday things
